Data Deletion

Ask us to delete your data

1. Email hello@ghostcoders.net from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which app or service it concerns (for example, the website contact form or the name of the app).
3. We will delete your account and the personal data linked to it within 30 days, and email you to confirm. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Remove an app from your Facebook account

1. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites.
2. Find the Ghostcoders app and select Remove.
3. Removing the app stops it receiving new data. To delete data it already has, also send us the request above.

Remove an app from your Google Account

1. Open Third-party apps & services in your Google Account.
2. Select the Ghostcoders app and remove its access.
3. As with Facebook, removing access stops new data; email us to delete what the app already holds.
