Terms of Use
These terms apply to the website at ghostcoders.net and to the apps published by Ghostcoders Information Technology ("Ghostcoders", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
The website describes our software development services. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement or quotation, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.
2. Using our apps
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- You may not misuse the website or our apps: no unlawful use, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, and no interference with their operation or with other users.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using an app and ask us to delete your data at any time (see the Data Deletion page).
- An app may have additional terms. If it does, they are shown in the app, and they apply alongside these terms.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you put into our apps. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the app to you.
4. Our content
The website and our apps, including their text, design and code, belong to Ghostcoders or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as the law allows or with our written permission.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and our apps available and accurate, but they are provided "as is", without guarantees that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before discontinuing an app you use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ghostcoders is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the website or our free apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the website or an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
